How the Machine Works

1. Pre-Heating:
   The machine uses an intelligent heating system to warm the press chamber. Different seeds require different heat levels for maximum oil yield.

2. Seed Input:
   Clean, dry seeds are fed into the hopper.

3. Screw Pressing:
   The rotating screw crushes, compresses, and pushes seeds through the chamber.

4. Oil Extraction:
   Oil is squeezed out through the filtration holes, while the dry cake exits separately.

5. Reverse-Mode Cleaning:
   After extraction, reverse mode helps remove leftover seed residue, making cleaning easy.

How to Operate

1. Place the machine on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

2. Connect to 220V power supply.

3. Turn on the heating function and allow pre-heating for a few minutes.

4. Pour cleaned, dried seeds into the hopper.

5. Switch on the motor to begin pressing.

6. Collect oil from the outlet and remove oil cake separately.

7. After processing, run reverse mode for cleaning.

8. Once cooled, open and wipe internal parts for full cleaning.

মেশিন কীভাবে কাজ করে

১. প্রিহিটিং: তেল নিষ্কাশনের জন্য চেম্বার নির্দিষ্ট তাপমাত্রায় গরম হয়।
২. বীজ ঢোকানো: পরিষ্কার ও শুকনো বীজ হপারে ঢালা হয়।
৩. প্রেসিং: স্ক্রু শ্যাফট বীজকে চাপ দিয়ে ভেঙে তেল বের করে।
৪. তেল আলাদা হওয়া: ফিল্টার হোল দিয়ে তেল বের হয়, আর কেক আলাদা আউটলেট দিয়ে বের হয়।
৫. রিভার্স মোড: শেষে রিভার্স চালিয়ে অবশিষ্ট অংশ ফেলে পরিষ্কার করা সহজ হয়।
