Alphabet Xpress is a machinery importer and distributor in Bangladesh. We import machinery primarily from China and sell to customers in Bangladesh through wholesale and retail. We also provide sourcing, pre-order, and logistics support services.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you:

  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

  • Will provide accurate and complete information during transactions.

3. Orders & Pre-Orders

  • Orders can be placed for in-stock machinery or on a pre-order basis.

  • Pre-orders require advance payment as agreed. Delivery timelines for pre-orders may vary depending on supplier production and shipping conditions.

  • Alphabet Xpress is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs clearance, or logistics providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or import duties.

  • Full payment (or agreed deposit) must be made before order processing or shipment.

5. Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, import schedules, and logistics conditions.

  • We provide logistics support for transporting machinery within Bangladesh. Any additional fees (e.g., customs duties, port charges, or transport fees) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product has been delivered or handed over to the logistics provider.

6. Warranty & After-Sales

  • Most machinery comes with a limited supplier/manufacturer warranty (details vary by product). Warranty terms will be shared before purchase.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

  • Alphabet Xpress will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not directly responsible for manufacturer defects beyond the stated warranty period.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or replacement.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable period after inspection and approval.

  • Pre-order deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed with the supplier, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring correct product selection before purchase.

  • Providing accurate delivery information.

  • Installing and operating machinery according to provided guidelines.

  • Complying with local regulations regarding the use of industrial machinery.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Alphabet Xpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or service interruptions.

  • Our liability, in any case, will not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Alphabet Xpress. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
