Q: Do you only import from China?
A: Our primary sourcing is from China due to competitive pricing and availability, but we can also source from other countries upon request.
2. Ordering & Pre-Orders
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order by contacting us directly through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. For some products, you can order from stock; others may require pre-order.
Q: What is a pre-order?
A: A pre-order means you pay in advance (full or partial) for machinery that we arrange directly from the supplier. Pre-orders usually take longer to deliver since they depend on manufacturing and shipping schedules.
Q: Can I cancel a pre-order?
A: Once confirmed with the supplier, pre-order deposits are non-refundable. However, if we are unable to deliver the product, we will refund your payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
Q: What currency are prices listed in?
A: All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Q: Do prices include shipping and customs duty?
A: Prices vary—some include shipping and customs clearance, while others may not. We will clearly inform you before purchase.

A: Delivery depends on whether the product is in stock or on pre-order.
In-stock: 2–7 business days within Bangladesh.
Pre-order: Usually 4–8 weeks depending on supplier and shipping conditions.
Q: Do you provide delivery across Bangladesh?
A: Yes, we provide nationwide delivery. Delivery charges may apply based on distance and machinery type.
5. Warranty & After-Sales
Q: Do your machines come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Most machinery includes a limited supplier/manufacturer warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Warranty details vary by product.
Q: Who handles after-sales service?
A: Alphabet Xpress provides after-sales support, including warranty claims and spare parts sourcing. However, service and repair costs beyond warranty coverage are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a machine if I change my mind?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for “change of mind.” Returns are only accepted if the machine is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Q: How long do I have to request a return?
A: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection and approval.
